Personal Experience

Pat grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His maternal Grandfather owned a structural engineering firm.  His father, and family owned and operated seven Pick ’n Save Grocery Stores, as well as owning commercial real estate. Pat worked in the family business for several years and then worked for seven years at Fortune 1000 companies in Information Technology.  Being an entrepreneur is in Pat’s blood. Pat and his wife bought a Budget Blinds Franchise that they owned and then sold after 14+ Years.

After selling their business in 2019, he looked back on the experience and was frustrated with the whole process.  He decided to put his 30 years of business experience to work and purchased a Murphy Business Sales Franchise to assist other business owners through the transition process.  Along the way he also started working in industrial real estate and land sales.

He specializes in helping businesses owners sell their businesses, but also works with Twelve2 Commercial Group to help clients buy and sell commercial real estate.  Pat has a focus on sales and leasing of Industrial and Commercial properties.

Pat always puts his client’s needs and interests first and is known as being an excellent negotiator and helping both sides in a deal find the common ground needed to close a deal.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Pat and his wife, Amy have been married for 25 years and have a son (Riley, 22) and daughter (Mara, 19) who are both in college.  Riley is pursuing a degree in business management.  Mara is pursuing a criminal justice degree and playing Division II women’s basketball.

When Pat is not at work you will typically find him and his wife Amy spending time with their children, family, and friends.   Pat and Amy are also huge fans of the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Green Bay Packers, and Wisconsin Badgers

Pat is not good at sitting still and enjoys golfing, fishing, working outdoors, and cooking/grilling/smoking food.
